When I deal with you does my new car come from a dealer?
Your New Car will be purchased from a franchise dealer, this a dealership that is authorised by the manufacturer. If it were a Toyota, you have purchased it would be from a Toyota Dealer.
The transfer and ownership of the car will be from the dealership to you.
How long before I get my new car?
Taking delivery of your new car can take from 2 days to several months depending on whether the car you have purchased is in the dealer’s stock or is coming from overseas.
This varies from model to model. We will advise you of availability and waiting times when we get prices for you.
If Locate a Car finds a car for me is my warranty affected?
No. You have the same protection as if you walked into the dealership.
Your car will come from a manufacturer-approved/franchise dealer, so warranty conditions are not affected in any way. Warranty claims are handled by the dealer of your choice.
How will I know if the dealer price on my trade in is fair?
